Terms of use

These terms apply to your access to Agenie.com and any private beta workspace made available to you. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for authorized business purposes.

Private beta access

Access is invite-only unless Agenie states otherwise. You are responsible for protecting magic links and account access, using accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Agenie to:

• Violate law, regulation, contractual duties, or third-party rights.
• Upload data you are not authorized to process.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
• Generate deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful outreach.
• Represent AI-prepared material as approved when required human review has not occurred.

Human review

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review prepared material before relying on it or using it externally. Agenie does not provide autonomous sending in the current product.

Availability and changes

Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Agenie may update these terms as the service matures. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
